From Cairo to the region — and beyond.

Axcell Business Services was founded in February 2017 by Hazem Kassem, a financial professional with 20+ years of corporate finance experience across pharmaceutical, chemicals, fertilizers, media, advertising and healthcare industries.

The vision was simple: bring the financial discipline and strategic thinking of a FTSE-listed CFO to the Egyptian SME market — at a fraction of the cost. Nine years later, that vision has grown into a regional practice serving 200+ clients across Egypt, UAE and the GCC.

    Founded in Cairo

    Hazem Kassem launches Axcell to introduce the BPO model to Egypt specifically for accounting and financial management.

    Practice grew beyond accounting outsourcing into fractional CFO services, financial advisory and business valuation.

    Opened in Sharjah Free Zone to serve clients across the broader MENA region from the Gulf.
